OEN Members Raise $38,000
For Ross Tilley Burn Centre at Sunnybrook
Ontario Energy Network Chair Lyla Garzouzi and President John Loucks visited Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre on November 27, 2020 to present a “Big Cheque” for $38,000, representing the money raised by OEN members at our 2020 OEN Golf Tournament. Dr. Marc Jeschke, Surgeon and Senior Scientist at the burn centre, joined us outdoors to express his thanks to OEN members for supporting the tournament in such a challenging year.
Our contribution of $38,000 was given a generous boost by a $10,000 personal contribution by Annette Verschuren, Chair and CEO of NRStor – Annette is a great friend and supporter of the OEN.
