Biography
Jana Mosley is an experienced industry leader with more than 25 years of experience across the electricity sector, with expertise in safety, operations, customer experience, regulatory frameworks, government policy, and grid modernization and resiliency. Ms. Mosley joined Toronto Hydro as President and CEO in August 2024, where she oversees the operations and performance of Toronto Hydro Corporation and its affiliates.
Prior to joining Toronto Hydro, Ms. Mosley held senior leadership roles at ENMAX Corporation, including President, ENMAX Power Corporation, where she was responsible for the development and safe operation of Calgary’s electric grid and led strong financial and operational performance of the company during a period of growth and transformation.
She joined ENMAX following a successful consulting career in the energy industry, and prior executive and technical leadership positions with the Alberta Electric System Operator, TransAlta Utilities and AltaLink Management Limited.
Ms. Mosley holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and is a Harvard Business School alum. She is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng), a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D). Ms. Mosley was named a Calgary Influential Women in Business Awards winner in 2022 and named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women by WXN in 2023.
Ms. Mosley is currently Chair of Electricity Canada, serves on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Energy Association (where she was previously Chair) and the Western Energy Institute, and is a member of the Toronto Region Board of Trade Executive Committee.
